Specialty golf retailer Golfsmith coming to Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center

Texas-based retailer Golfsmith will be coming to Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge, according to company spokeswoman Aubrey Haznar.

The Woodbridge location will open in May and is one of three Washington D.C. area stores to open this spring, Haznar said. Currently, Golfsmith’s only area location is in Tysons Corner.

The specialty golf retailer will have 89 stores in the U.S. by the end of 2012, according to a recent company press release.

A host of other retailers are scheduled for opening at Stonebridge this spring, including accessory boutique Charming Charlie, outdoor giant REI and popular Asian restaurant PF Chang’s China Bistro.
