» Saturday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.: The Military Order of the Cootie Pup Tent 14 and its Auxiliary will host its semi-annual Flea Market/ Cookout. All funds raised go toward the group's hospital programs. If you have questions, please call the MOCA Hospital Chairperson, Nancy Dazzo, at 703-361-6041.

» Saturday, 8 p.m. to midnight: Gar-Field High School's Prom Night will be held at the Hyatt in Fair Lakes. Price is $40 per person or $75 per couple. Students must have dance contracts (one for each student and one for each guest) to purchase tickets. If you have a date who does not attend Gar-Field, that student will need to submit an approval form in order to purchase tickets.

» Saturday, May 16, 11:30 a.m.: The Woodbridge Branch of the American Association of University Women will be holding its annual spring luncheon for potential members. If you hold an associate or college degree, you are eligible for membership. For additional information, please call Tania at 703-670-3683.

» Sunday, May 17, 2 to 4 p.m.: Come learn how to decorate on a shoestring at Potomac Library. A representative from IKEA will offer suggestions about decorating on a budget. Registration is recommended but not required. Potomac Library is located at 2201 Opitz Blvd. in Woodbridge.
