» Saturday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.: The Military Order of the Cootie Pup Tent 14 and its Auxiliary will host its semi-annual Flea Market/ Cookout. All funds raised go toward the group's hospital programs. If you have questions, please call the MOCA Hospital Chairperson, Nancy Dazzo, at 703-361-6041.

» Saturday, 8 p.m. to midnight: Gar-Field High School's Prom Night will be held at the Hyatt in Fair Lakes. Price is $40 per person or $75 per couple. Students must have dance contracts (one for each student and one for each guest) to purchase tickets. If you have a date who does not attend Gar-Field, that student will need to submit an approval form in order to purchase tickets.

» Saturday, May 16, 11:30 a.m.: The Woodbridge Branch of the American Association of University Women will be holding its annual spring luncheon for potential members. » Sunday, May 17, 2 to 4 p.m.: Come learn how to decorate on a shoestring at Potomac Library. A representative from IKEA will offer suggestions about decorating on a budget. Registration is recommended but not required. Potomac Library is located at 2201 Opitz Blvd. in Woodbridge.
