WWII Veterans To Gather for Photoshoot

On Tuesday, June 8th a group picture of area WWII Veterans will be taken at VFW Post 7589, 9304 Centerville Road in downtown Manassas.
The picture will be published in the souvenir program for the Inaugural Greater Manassas Veterans Day Parade to be held on Saturday, November 7th in Old Town Manassas.
Each of the Veterans will be be presented with a collared shirt embroidered “Manassas WWII Vet”, and given the opportunity to place their names in the World War II “Registry of Remembrances”, an individual listing
of Americans who contributed to the war effort.
