Police were called to a Haymarket neighborhood Sunday after a man started shooting his gun in the air.

The gun was fired just after 7 a.m. in the 17000 block of Loftridge Lane, while a group of men and women were arguing in the street, Prince William County police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez said.
No one was injured in the incident but four people were arrested.

Axel Haroldo Reyes, 30, of 17068 Loftridge Lane, is charged with fighting with police after they arrived on the scene, Hernandez said. He was charged with reckless handling of a firearm, destruction of property, swearing in public, obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and three counts of assault of law enforcement officers. He was held without bond.

Carlos Lira Millones, 27, and Oscar Martin Sanchez, both of 518 Casino Circle in Silver Spring, Md., were charged with public intoxication.

Cintya Maritte Castro, 25, of 11500 Lucrest Terrace in Germantown, Md., was charged with disorderly in public. She was held on a $1,500 bond.

All four have a scheduled court date of Jan. 20.

To The Lord of Lorton: Yea he’ll fix it. He will give them a drivers’ license, citizenship, maybe some pocket money and a light sentence because he wants to make sure they’ll be free to vote in 2012.

No, Im pretty sure I would have still posted a comment, but not in regards to the Illegal Immigrant policies Obama wants to put into place.  It would have been about people obtaining firearms who have no business owning them, which also applies to this article.  Am I concerned about them being awake at 7am drunk and having a firearm?  Of course.  But not the point I was making in my earlier post.
Sincerely,

A Moron per md1973

Morons. Fact is, if their names had been John or Eddie, none of you would have posted. The real point is that they were DRUNK at 7:30 in the MORNING!!
What concerns me is that they were up all night drinking and had a gun near by.

Lets face it folks folks from those areas tend to be illegal just like the eastern side of Woodbridge and parts of Manassas. LOL Chris Cummings

No, not assuming the individuals in this article are illegal, just responding to the comment the person before me made and just venting regarding the policies our “newly elected” is trying to put in place.  Thats all.  Everyone should learn to take responsibilities for their own actions, whether thats being a legal resident of any color or race and being punished for a crime committed or someone who is not legal and being punished for a crime they committed.  NO one should get a free card.  Thats all.

I re red the article 4 times and did not see any mention of any immigration status…are we ASSUMING they are all illegal?

You know, according to Obama’s policy he wants to put into effect, all illegal immigrants would just have to pay a fine, get a job and have us teach them english.  What a punishment for breaking the law!!!  Its pathetic.
