Man charged with raping disabled woman

Prince William County police arrested a Manassas area man Monday for raping a 24-year-old developmentally disabled woman, according to spokesperson Erika Hernandez.
Brayan Migdanio Bustillo Fuentes, 21, 9933 Portsmouth Rd., was charged with rape and is being held without bond in the Prince William-Manassas Adult Detention Center.
At approximately 1 p.m. Monday, the police began investigating a rape that occurred at Fuentes’ address . The investigation revealed that the victim was walking in the neighborhood when she passed the accused’s residence.
The accused, who knew the victim, coerced her to go with him and then raped her. An illegal immigrant from Honduras, Fuentes has a scheduled court date of Feb. 10.

I’m also tired of hearing the whining about hispanics being targeted because of these criminals. Well, maybe the hispanics should help themselves? If they are so worried about their image maybe they should do something about it.
The only ones that have to right to complaint are the law abiding citizens that have to put up with this garbage.
Susan, I for one do not bash the Hispanic community and yes I believe most of them are honest and want a better life. Nevertheless, that does not give anyone the right to cross our borders illegally.
I am not ashamed of speaking out on this issue and if one thinks I hate a certain group of people, they would be so wrong. If it was an Irish, German, Asian, or African, I would still say the same thing I am saying. The sad fact of this whole thing is, I don’t hear of any other illegal ethnic group committing these kinds of crimes in our communities.
As a hard working American who is trying to raise my children in these hard times, I get sick of reading about illegal immigrants who harm others. 100% preventable!
Oh Susan, get over yourself. I personally would have the same outrage no matter what the color. It just seems lately that the faces we are seeing in the paper associated with these crimes, are in fact Hispanic.
Maybe it’s an evil plot to blame them for everything.
The one thing that I will not agree with is labeling all of them as illegal. There are many hard working Hispanics that are here legally, and I am proud to call one or two of them my friends.

It’s in the Constitution of the United States. We are trying to protect our citizens. When most other countries have problems, who helps them out? The USA! Problem with illegals, again, you don’t know who they are, where and why they are here. I know, they just want to make money for their families. Yeah.. and the want to rape and pillage our country. I am so afraid that the violence agains hispancis will increase because of these criminals and we will again find ourselves inthe same place where our african american citizens were abused in the 60s. I was yet a young child when this was happened but me as a caucasion citizen are sickened by the history reports of what was done to these people.
