Car show trophy winners announced

The trophy winners in the first Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show sponsored Saturday by the Manassas Park High School cheerleading squad have bee

announced.

The Best in Show/Car Truck award went to Mike Hutchinson of Manassas for his 1963 Chevy II Nova Prostreet.

The Best in Show Motorcycle award was presented to Michael Walls of Manassas for his 2004 Pan Head Bob-ber.

The other winners were:

• Teacher's Choice, 2004 American Ironhorse Slammer Motorcycle entered by Bryan Hogan of Wood-bridge.

• Student's Choice, 1964 Mustang Mach I by Kirby Place of Stephens City.

• People's Choice, 1969 Chevy Camaro RS/SS by John Carney of Clifton who also won the 50/50 raffle.

• Best Interior, 1957 Chevy 2 Door Hardtop Prostreet by Ronald Henry of Fredericksburg.

• Best Paint, 1941 Willys Prostreet by Jason Flis of Gainesville.

• Best Engine, 1964 Mustang Mach I by Place.

The show took place on the grounds of the high school with proceeds benefiting the cheerleaders.
