Man arrested on sex charge
A Hawaii man faces charges of distributing child pornography to a police officer in Virginia.
During the course of a three-and-a-half month joint investigation by the Dumfries Police Department and the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, investigators said Keith A. Lundblad of Kahulai sent pornographic images over the Internet to a police officer posing as a 13-year-old boy.
Lundblad developed an online relationship with the fictitious boy and would often talk about having sex with him, said Bill Kennedy, Stafford Sheriff's Office spokesman.
Kennedy said Lundblad would frequently perform sexual acts in front of a Web cam.
Kennedy said he would also explicitly tell the officer what sexual things he wanted to do with the boy if they ever met.
Lundblad has been charged with five counts of attempting indecent liberties with a child, five counts of transmitting child pornography and five counts of using an electronic device to procure sex from a child.
Lundblad has already been convicted of sex crimes in Virginia, including fondling a child in Northampton County in 1990.
Six years later he was convicted in Shenandoah County for taking indecent liberties with a child.
He is listed on the Hawaii Sex Offenders list for those convictions, according to Dumfries police.
Lundblad is still awaiting extradition to Virginia.
He will also face charges in Prince William after he is tried in Stafford, according to Dumfries police.

Send this criminal to Arlington County. This county has become a sanctuary for a variety of criminals. I am sure the ACLU of Arlington will protect him.
He needs to be put away for a long time in General Population.
