LETTER: An exceptional resource for county

The Prince William County library system is a truly exceptional resource. An important part of what makes it so is its staff and volunteers. They deserve our thanks and appreciation.

Several times over the years, I have asked for a new book or for ones that were out of print and not in the library’s possession. The Potomac Library staff promptly looked into meeting these requests. And
they kept me informed on the status of the request.

This has always been done in a professional and friendly way. While in many places service seems to be a forgotten word, it is alive and well at our libraries.
