LETTER: Do Iranians want Democracy more?

Wow, wouldn’t it be wonderful if the American people showed the same zeal for fair elections as the Iranian people.
I wonder if Mr. Obama would be our president with out the support of a corrupt organization called Acorn?

I respect your opinion and you do not have to like anyone you do not wish. On your last note to me, you used two word, judge and judging. If you are a Christian Judgement is a no no.

Sad to say my foundation was built on the same exact biblical stories as yours.
These stories are guidelines on how to live in a world with other people. This is why all major religions share the same basic principles and why most governments are based on what is just.
Most interpret the Bible as telling us to be tolerant of others.
Some people like to take the Bible as a literal translation that the words are actually the word of God - spoken by His lips and burned everlasting onto paper.
Others understand the Bible - Old Testament really - is just a guideline on how to get along with others.
It is those that hijack the Bible to their own needs that cause normal, decent people to step back.
As the Bible - Old Testament - works for a broad range of religions, it also works for those that select no formal religion to hang their hat on.

Actually scorps, I am on a mission - but a different mission.
My mission is to drive hate and intolerance out of people that judge people simply for being different or having different opinions.
You are welcome to believe whatever it is you wish to believe in - why is it so hard to show that compassion to another?
The homosexual lifestyle causes no harm to you - unless they tried to force you into a homosexual relationship against your will.
People that do not share your Christian faith cause no harm to you - unless they try to deny you the freedom to practice your faith in a full and open manner.
I just really don’t get your intolerance for people that weren’t cut from the exact same mold as you.
What a horrible world we would live in if there were only sheep and no cows, birds, dogs or cats to add some variety to life.

And I have no reason to be ashamed of it - the whole Western civilization was built on Biblical truth - the laws, the government structure, the morality, the children upbringing etc.

I am sorry, Navy - I do not judge people by how nice, friendly and tolerable they look on the outside.
I do not need to meet Ray, Ron or anyone who has chosen to defend and promote homosexuality as normal behavior to a point of twisting the facts and statistics which point to the sad consequences of the homosexual lifestyle.
Meeting them would not change my opinion about them unles they change their way of thinking - and, judging by what they have reveiled so far, they haev a lot of work to do before they are really changed…
Make no mistake, Navy - Ray and Ron are not just preaching “tolerance” toward homosexuals.
They are on a mission - they are telling lies and promoting homosexuality as a normal lifestyle - they have on their hands the blood of many people including young and voulnarable kids for telling them lies and pushing them into this sickening, unnatural, vile, unhealthy same-sex lifestyle.

Navy, with all due respect for you and what you have done for this country -the worst type of people are “intelligent” people like Ray Williams (or whatever his real name is)
It is one thing when someone ignorant promotes things Ray promotes here - it is quite different when it comes from an “intelligent” person.
Something like white collar criminal compared to a blue collar worker who steals a pack of cigarettes since he ran out of money before Friday…
Ray may have “a spine and drive” but he certainly lacks conscience and he is blinded by the worst kind of ideology which destroys the young generation and what is left from this great country!
