» Friday, 8 p.m.: Castaways Repertory Theatre's final production of the 2008-2009 season, Neil Simon's "Plaza Suite," opens at the A.J. Ferlazzo Building in Woodbridge for a three weekend run. Performances will be at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, May 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 and 16, with a matinee performance added May 9 at 1 p.m. The Ferlazzo Building is located at 15941 Donald Curtis Drive in Woodbridge.

General admission is $14.  Admission for seniors, students, military and Prince William County employees is $11.  All admissions for the matinee performance are $10. For more information, call 703-508-5418 or go to http://www.castawaystheatre.org.

» May 2, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.: American Legion Unit 364 will be having a yard sale.  The cost for renting a space is $15 per table parking spot. One table and two chairs will be included in that cost. Please call 703-201-4472 or e-mail to reserve your spot. The post is located at 3640 Friendly Post Lane in Woodbridge.

» May 2, 8 p.m. The Woodbridge Community Choir spring concert will be held at Fannie W. Fitz-gerald Elementary School at 15500 Benita Fitzgerald Drive in Dale City. There will also be a concert May 3 at 3 p.m. at St. Margaret's Anglican Church on 13900 Church Hill Dr. in Woodbridge.
