Valentine's Day is fast approaching and have you thought about how you are going to celebrate with that special someone?
The Prince William Symphony Orchestra (PWSO) will offer a special benefit concert of romantic chamber music at 8 p.m. Feb. 7 at Stonewall Jackson High School auditorium, 8820 Rixlew Ave., Manassas. This Mainstage Con-cert program and venue is a change from what was previously announced. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and free for all students 21 and younger and can be purchased on the Symphony's Web site at http://www.pwso.org or by calling 703-659-0103. Proceeds from the concert will go toward the PWSO's "Magic Flute" production in the spring and also toward the startup of the orchestra's new program for gifted young string players.
The Old Bridge Chamber Orchestra will present a Valentine concert, "A Night of Passion" at 8 p.m. Feb. 13 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 5640 Hoadly Road in Manassas. Admission is free but donations will be accepted. Samuel Swift is the cello soloist. For more information please visit http://www.obco.org.
The Bull Run Troubadours will again deliver surprise singing Valentines throughout Prince William County in response to orders from spouses, sweethearts, admirers or friends who want that special and unique touch for the occasion. The quartets will arrive unannounced at the office, home or other requested location and sing two popular sweetheart songs in the barbershop style and present a Valentine card, a silk rose and a keepsake picture of the event to the recipient(s).
The cost of the package is $50, a portion of which is donated to Prince William County charities, ACTS and SERVE. Since the program fills fast, early orders are strongly recommended. Chamber Day in Richmond
Visit the Prince William delegation to the General Assembly when the Prince William Regional Chamber of Commerce visits Richmond for "Chamber Day at the Capitol" on Wednesday. This informative event allows business leaders to meet directly with state leaders, offering an opportunity to experience policymaking as it happens.

Central Library news
Saturday, Central Community Library hosts its 22nd annual free winter concert sponsored by the Friends of Central and Bull Run Libraries. Visit for an afternoon of fun with Occoquan Heavy Metal, a tuba-euphonium ensemble comprised of members of the low brass section of the Prince William Community Band. Residents of Prince William County, the members are dedicated to the promotion of music for tuba and euphonium and specialize in the performance of light classical works, marches, rags and novelty pieces.

Chinn Park library news
Children can color, stick and paste to create a handmade valentine for a hospitalized veteran with supplies provided by the library between now and Feb. 9. The library will send the valentines to the Richmond Veterans Hospital in celebration of both Valentine's Day and National Salute to Hospitalized Veterans Week.
The Jane Franklin Dance Troupe will perform "Jazz on Foot" at the library at 2 p.m. Sunday. This local dance troupe uses music and movement to trace the evolution of jazz from its origins in New Orleans through its northward migration to New York's Harlem Renaissance to the Bebop era of the 1950s. Enjoy an afternoon featuring a visual and audio feast of improvisation, syncopation and "all that jazz."
Chinn Park Regional Library and the NOVA Novel Book Club present an evening with popular nonfiction author Edward Dolnick at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The club will discuss Dolnick's spirited new book "The Forger's Spell," the true story of how an art forger painted himself out of a war crime charge.
Visit the library on Tuesday, during the Teachers' In-service Workshop Day, to watch the Chronicles of Narnia Film Festival at 10:15 a.m. The second half of this program begins at 2 p.m. with the film "Prince Caspian." This is a drop-in program for students in third grade and up.
