Congratulations to Elizabeth (Liddy) Seager, a 2009 graduate from Osbourn Park High School, who received a $1000 art scholarship. The Prince Willam County Art Society awarded Liddy the scholarship for her outstanding portfolio to use at the college of her choice. In addition to the scholarship, it should be noted that Liddy is a member of the Art Honor Society.
