Man charged with raping disabled woman

Prince William County police arrested a Manassas area man Monday for raping a 24-year-old developmentally disabled woman, according to spokesperson Erika Hernandez.
Brayan Migdanio Bustillo Fuentes, 21, 9933 Portsmouth Rd., was charged with rape and is being held without bond in the Prince William-Manassas Adult Detention Center.
At approximately 1 p.m. Monday, the police began investigating a rape that occurred at Fuentes’ address . The investigation revealed that the victim was walking in the neighborhood when she passed the accused’s residence.
The accused, who knew the victim, coerced her to go with him and then raped her. An illegal immigrant from Honduras, Fuentes has a scheduled court date of Feb. 10.

I should not be concerned when crimes are committed, if they were not committed against me. Now that is truly showing a lack of concern for your fellow man. I can appreciate your fear for your sons, but these crimes were not ‘hate’ crimes, like the one in NY apparently was. And these crimes would have and should have been prevented if these illegals were not here. Most Americans do not cram their houses full of people they don’t need. Immigrants need to come to this country legally AND assimilate into our culture. Does anyone know if the hispanic culture has a noticeably higher level of acceptance of such sexual activity. It would appear from their mainstream media on TV that they do.

Susan, did you not read the whole article? The last sentence says “An illegal immigrant from Honduras, Fuentes has a scheduled court date of Feb. 10.“ Therefore, Mel does not need to assume that this guy is an illegal immigrant as the article already tells us he is. Regardless, anyone that commits this kind of crime should be punished, but since he is a illegal immigrant, the most that will happen to him is that he will probably be kicked out of the country and not have to serve any jail time.
Do the right thing, you are correct and I am no way taking away what this individual did and do agree that the illegals need to either become legal or leave but I get sick of hearing this. I have 2 sons that are hispanic american and am frightened for them that they be stereo-typed by these bigots. Perfect example is a story I read that happened in NY this week where 2 hispanic professionsl were leaving a church gathering and one of them was beated to death solely because he was hispanic!!

We have enough of our own home grown criminals to deal with. We don’t need the criminal activity of these illegal aliens to add to the mix.
It is not hate to report the facts about who has committed the crime. Some of the victims have also been Hispanic. These individuals were preying on the most vulnerable in our society,women,children, and the mentally disabled. Saying it is hatred to report the facts of a case is an attempt to deflect attention from the perpetrators of these crimes.
Citizens who have been victims, don’t care about political correctness, they just want the suspect caught.

Susan, it has nothing to do with hate. If the offender wasn’t here, in America, illegally, this woman would never have had her life destroyed! It is sickening when anyone is raped, no matter who does it, but the whole point that seems to escape you is, THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE HERE!!!!!!! They came here ILLEGALLY!!!!! Need I say more?
