Prince William police reported the following incidents:

Bristow

• An iPod and stereo speakers were stolen from a car parked in the 8500 block of Rothbury Drive. The stolen prop-erty was valued at $350. The car's window was also smashed.

• A GPS unit was stolen from a truck parked in the 10800 block of Catlett Station Court between 11:30 p.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday. The stolen property was valued at $300. Someone smashed the truck's window to get inside.

• A GPS unit was stolen from a SUV parked in the 12000 block of General Cooke Drive between 11 p.m. Friday and 6:30 a.m. Saturday. Someone smashed the window to get inside the car.

Gainesville

• A door was tampered with at a home in the 14800 block of Links Pond Circle between 4 and 5 p.m. Friday. Noth-ing was stolen.

Manassas area

• A stereo system and cosmetics were stolen from a car in the area of Sudley Manor Drive and Brookview Court, near Manassas, between 8 p.m. Thursday and 5:40 p.m. Saturday. The stolen property was valued at $7,480.

• Two cell phones and a stereo system were stolen from a truck parked in the 9600 block of Manassas Ford Drive between 10 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 p.m. Friday. The stolen property was valued at $700. There were no signs of forced entry.

• Cash, a purse and personal documents were stolen from a car parked in the 8300 block of Sudley Road at Manas-sas Mall between 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The theft happened while she was shopping at a department store. There were no signs of forced entry.
