Police say 4 responsible for car break-ins
Manassas police were called to check out a report of a suspicious man in the 8300 block of Summer Lake Boulevard about 3 a.m. Saturday.
Officers found a 17-year-old boy carrying a backpack. Inside were GPS systems, electronic chargers and other electronic equipment—all believed to be stolen from unlocked cars parked in the surrounding neighborhood.

An investigation is underway to see if these four teenagers could be responsible for other thefts from cars throughout the city.
