Dale City man charged after leaving 11-month-old in car

A Dale City man was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor after police found an 11-month-old girl alone in his car Tuesday.

Police were called to the parking lot of a pharmacy located at 12800 Touchstone Circle in Dale City to investigate a report of child neglect about 6:15 p.m.

After they found the girl, they charged 33-year-old Adelaide D'Alphoncio of 7060 Lakota Drive, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez. He was released on a summons.

The child was not injured and the man's court date was not released.

Shots fired in Woodbridge

Shots were fired after an argument between two men Wednesday in the 14400 block of Filarete Street in Woodbridge.

Police were called about 9:35 p.m. to investigate the sound of shots, and found the gun went off sometime after the two men had gone their separate ways, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

No one was injured.

What’s with certain people in this area and their rapes and neglect of children??? Most notably a group that causes most of the problems crime wise in this area.
