Arlington man charged with unlawful entry

An Arlington man broke into a business in the 13900 block of U.S. 1 in Woodbridge at 12:34 a.m. on Wednesday, police said.

Officers were tipped off after a burglar alarm sounded within the business, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

The man who police said they found inside the business, Dimer Rodriguez, 29, of 309 N. Manchester St., was charged with unlawful entry.

He was held on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 2.

Police say man won't return rental car

Police issued a warrant for a man who has refused to return the 2009 Mitsubishi Galant they said he rented in Au-gust.

The warrant was issued for Efren Robles Guzman, 25, of 7213 Good Luck Road in New Carrolton, Md., said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

Guzman is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to call Prince William County Crime Solvers at 703-680-3700.

Woodbridge house broken into

When two homeowners came home from work on Wednesday, they found their home in the 3200 block of Foothill Street in Woodbridge had been rummaged through and some of their items had been stolen.

A woman's purse, a TV projector, a laptop computer, a hair clipper set, a digital camera, a picnic basket and coins were stolen from the home, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

There were no signs of forced entry, she added.

Dale City man charged with bailing on cabbie

A Dale City man was charged with defrauding a taxi driver after police said he refused to pay his cab fare on Sept. 19.

The man, Nathan Covington,  30, 5941 Plumwood Lane, was arrested just after 2 a.m. in the area of Gordon Boule-vard and U.S. 1, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

He was arrested not far from where he exited the cab, added Hernandez.

His bond and court information were not released.

Fairfax man charged with having cocaine

A Fairfax man faces cocaine charges after he was arrested on Sept. 21 in Woodbridge.

Saul Arnoldo Lobos Gonzales, 23, of 12253 Pender Creek Circle was initially charged with public intoxication at 1:41 a.m. in the 13900 block of U.S. 1. When police searched him, they found cocaine, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

Gonzales was held on a $4,500 bond. His court dates was not released.

Couple charged with cocaine possessio

A couple faces charges of cocaine possession after they were arrested on Sept. 18 near Manassas.

During a traffic stop in the area of Amherst Drive and Baker Street near Manassas, an officer searched their car and found cocaine, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

A Manassas area woman, Sharon Annette Jenkins, 34, of 9015 Wellington Road, and a Bealton man, Ronald David Jenkins, of 11811 Coffman Circle, were arrested on the charges.

Jenkins was later released on her own recognizance, while Jenkins was held on $4,500 bond.

Both are scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 18.

Man charged with forging prescriptio

A Manassas man who lives in the Independent Hill area forged a drug prescription, and now he faces charges for it, police said

The man, Stephen William Lutz, 24,  of 8041 Gracie Drive, was charged with forgery of a drug prescription. He was arrested at 11:16 a.m. on Sept. 18 in a pharmacy in the 14100 block of Noblewood Plaza in Woodbridge, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 30.

I prefer the pc term criminal myself. Under normal circumstances and law enforcement this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The Route 1 corridor is the pathway for criminal illegal aliens to cross back and forth from Arlington and Maryland to commit crimes in PWC.
