» Tonight, 7:30 to 9 p.m.: Gainesville District Supervisor, John Stirrup will hold a town hall meeting to discuss the Land Use and Transportation chapter for the county's comprehensive plan. » Saturday, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.: The Virginia Gateway shopping center, at the intersection of Linton Hall Road and U.S. 29 in Gainesville, will hold Taste of Virginia Gateway. Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili's Grill & Bar, Chi-potle, Cold Stone Creamery, Cork & Fork, Five Guys, Honey Baked Ham Co. & Cafe, IHOP, Margherita NY Pizza, Mimi's Café, Papa John's Pizza, Panera Bread, Pizzeria Uno's, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Ruby Tuesday and Starbucks Coffee are participating and a portion of the proceeds will benefit SERVE. There will also be live music, a moon bounce and other entertainment.

» Saturday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: The Gainesville-Haymarket, Manassas and Bull Run Rotary clubs will sponsor the third annual Children's Wellness Festival at Metz Middle School. See wellnessfestival.org for more information.
