Kane moves to Northern Neck

After 20 years of serving clients in Manassas, Kane & Associates Inc. has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Northern Neck.

President Peter J. Kane, a certified real estate broker, opened the company's new office in Kilmarnock this summer.

Kane is no stranger to the real estate market in the Neck. Although his firm was headquartered in Manassas, he has been helping buyers, sellers and renters there since he and his wife, Susan, purchased a home by the Great Wicomico River in 1987.

"I'm looking forward to continuing to serve local clients as well as those from Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C.," Kane said.

Before founding his own firm in Manassas in 1989, Kane was a regional manager of Merrill Lynch Realty from 1985 to 89.
