Friday’s evening commute starts off slow

Virginia Department of Transportation is reporting that the Friday afternoon commute on southbound Interstate 95 is congested as of 2:10 p.m.
The congestion begins at Dumfries Road, exit 152, and continues to Russell road, exit 148.
VDOT urges drivers to be alert. Expect delays.
