On this Memorial Day, 2008, in honored memory of my childhood friend, PFC Christopher J. Barber USMC, KIA May 5, 1968. And in honored memory of others I served with but who didn’t make it home: Dave, Wally, Gordon, “Sky Pilot,” “Zero,” Terry, Darrell, Bobby, Brandon, Rick, Tommy, “Mad Dog” ... Rest in Peace guys. Semper Fi.
