LETTER: Disgusted with Rich Anderson
Published: October 20, 2009
I am disgusted with politicians like Rich Anderson who think it is OK to use false information to sway public opinion. If you can’t run a campaign on your own merits, then don’t run for office.

An arrest record is simply an arrest record. Without a conviction or any follow up, it is just bad paper work and a Republican candidate’s desperation.
You folks would do anything for a vote. That is rather contemptible and the reason why many people chose to not affiliate themselves with any political party.
Prediction:
The News and Messenger will endorse Rich Anderson.
Source: headline in today’s paper. The headline asks is it a crime or just hardball politics. The newspaper omitted posting the article on this website.
The paper will therefore rationlize that the criminal action was just hardball politics, i.e reasonable, warranted, and appropriate. It is the editorial staff that makes up the headlines I am told.
Wait and see!!!!
General Patton:
You are correct—the arrest record is public. Candidate Anderson and the Repubs made it so.
Perhaps, since a special prosecutor is being reuested, we can in the future read in the News Messenger about some crimals - Republican type. Do you agree?
“Del.Nichols arrest record is public”
And so is his dismissal, and the fact that the arrest record was expurged. I realize Fox News has given the term “Fair and Balanced” a whole new meaning, but at some point we really should go back to the orginial meaning.
Mr.Couch,
Del.Nichols arrest record is public. There is nothing to dispute.
