LETTER: Nichols calls on Ebert’s help
Published: November 1, 2009
As usual, when the Democrats get desperate they call on the local Democrat Commonwealth Attorney Paul Ebert to carry their water. Once again, Democrats, as they have in the past with Corey
Stewart in 2007,and Scott Lingamfelter in 2001,bring trumped-up charges(that get dropped after the election) against good people to stimulate headlines for their liberal candidates — and you have fell into
the trap. This is repetitive behavior by Mr.Ebert which he has modeled before.
Del. Paul Nichols is mad because his social security number he uses on his driver’s license(not too swift) appeared on an arrest sheet after he was arrested for assaulting a law enforcement officer. Well,
I have news for Mr. Nichols. The law says in 59.1-443.2 that the social security number needs to be “intentionally” communicated. In the mailer I saw, the “social security number” block on the Nichols
arrest report is blank, and the number that appears in the driver’s license line section has no dashes between the numbers, like is normally seen in a social security number. Seems like a pretty big
stretch for anyone to pick up on the fact that Nichols is not smart enough to still have his social security number on his driver’s license when most people have removed it. No wonder Paul Ebert sent this
case out of county. He knows that this was not done intentionally. But since Ebert has given Paul Nichols $2,000 over the years, I guess he feels he has an investment to protect. I am confident, retired
Colonel Rich Anderson, a distinguished military veteran, will be vindicated on these trumped-up charges. All this really boils down to is an abuse of power by the Democrats. Remember that on Nov. 3.

Liberalised:
I would surmise that someone fell down on their job. Or maybe the law was violated. I can only guess. Why don’t you ask the NC county Judicial system if you really want to know.
Or, are you trying to say that your definiton of “record expunging” means “it still exists”. sure seems like it.
How was it expunged when it was still readily available. Please answer someday??? Haha
Liberalised:
You are so stupid and ignorant.
Tell a lie long enough, and eventually the people will believe it. = You got this from the Nazis.
The American judical system allows arrest records to be expunged. Apparently you believe that a person is hiding something…just working within the judicial system.
Obviously you hate the American judicial system. Yoy should go to a anarchist Taliban style place.
But I’d be interested in how you think Nichols “knew he was doing wrong” when he legally expunged his arrest record. How was it wrong, and what law did it violate. What was “wrong”?
I know you won’t respond because not only are you too stupid, but you don’t have the courage, fortitude, or strength as an anarchist Republican to do so.
You should really seek mental health treatment.
Just like Mr. Nichols knew he was doing wrong when he tried to omit an arrest from his record.
That[s pretty funny, Liberaliesd. I am trying to find the neofacists still.
Donna, you failed to mention that Mr. Ebert makes campaign donations to all the other Democratic candidates in the area. Many get far larger donations than Mr. Nichols got.
Mr. Anderson knew he was doing wrong when he sent the second mailer.
Tons of neo-fascists here especially of the liberal persuasion. ACORNS anyone?
SteveBotello:
Thank you very much Bubba for your remarks on my posts. I will certainly try to keep you entertained.
As for abbreviatrions, RayWilliams is correct about LTE. However, I don’t believe there is an actual abbreviation for “letter” of LTR. (Nor LTE). People just make up abbreviations, especially in the computer age. But I am receptive to your showing me where in an English dictionary of abbreviations wsherfe LTR is.
As for Nazi usage, there are tons of neo-fascists around here. At the end of WWII, the US even brought lots of them here to work for the govt - especially on rockets and military weapons.
I’ll try to keep you entertained…
BuLLRuns:
Bull(Runs)=0 for 3, but who is counting.
Donna, you are no lawyer, obviously. Go back to your false flattery of Republicans (“Thank you Mr. Stirrup, Thank you Mr. Stewart”) and commenting in the Newspaper blog. Leave the legal interpretations to those who are being paid to handle things such as this.
It is perfectly appropriate for Paul Ebert to be handling any charges of wrong-doing. Because of conflict of interest potential, he has handed the complaint over to another prosecutor. How could he be criticized for that?
Stevie, 2005? 2006? So what. I didn’t get a flyer. The point is, the arrest record was several years old, when it was more commonplace to use one’s ss number. Most people change over at license renewal time. HE was doing nothing illegal. Can Mr. Anderson claim the same?
You can bank on it!
