LETTER: Realtors for Luke Torian
Published: November 1, 2009
The REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR) has endorsed Luke Torian for Delegate in the 52nd District. PWAR and its political action committee (RPAC) support candidates who support the
business ideals of real estate and the preservation of private property rights.
During our interview process, PWAR considered Mr. Torian to be thoughtful in his approach to policy, business minded, and knowledgeable of the needs of realtors. Most importantly, he expressed his
willingness to learn more about the issues impacting local realtors and businesses.
We respect Mr. Torian’s leadership in the community and the relationships he has built with residents of his district.

I’d like to see some examples of Mr. Torain’s leadership… Not showing up for an NAACP ‘debate’ is true leadership, is it not? Not providing the proper paperwork to the IRS concerning his church, is a FINE example to follow… Wouldn’t you agree? Would you also consider it a thoughtful approach to business to not properly file the necessary documents to the IRS? Is it REALLY the business ideals of the Real Estate Community to do these things? I know FAR too many good, upstanding folks who are realtors who would COMPLETELY disagree with your choice of candidates. I don’t believe your personal views are reflective of your majority.
Luke Torain disrespects the residents of his district with an elitest attitude and a disregard for true responsibility!
I’ll be casting my Vote for Mr. Lopez!
Realtors made a good pick.
I can’t imagine voting for anyone else besides Luke.
Please vote for Luke tomorrow.
And apparently so does Luke Torian.
Realtors understand the local economy.
I wouldn’t vote for anyone else.
