LETTER: The community needs Luke Torian
Published: October 30, 2009
What every community needs is someone like Pastor Luke Torian. This is because he is committed to improving life for citizens who daily are stressed by long commutes to work and the need to spend
quality time with their families. Pastor Torian has seen firsthand Prince William’s amazing growth to nearly 400,000 people, and he understands that this growth will continue.
Electing Democrat Luke Torian to represent us in Richmond will continue his community building service in Prince William. For the last 14 years, he has continued to build his church from 500 to more
than 4,000 members. He has helped the community by being on the board of a local bank, by being a director of ACTS and by founding an organization to do hands-on mentoring of teenage students
toward a better life.
Pastor Torian is about getting results and successful community building. Voters should put him to work for them down in Richmond where better understanding their community needs will produce
important results in these stress filled times.
Please vote Luke Torian to be the 52nd District delegate.

Yes, Luke Torian is needed by his ACORN affiliated organization VOICE to request funding for their organization in the Va.General Assembly.
I’m beginning to question letters that support Luke Torian to represent the 52nd District.
In fact, I’m beginning to believe letters such as this one is constructed right from the Luke Torian campaign.
Perhaps this letter represents one of the tricks taken right out of the Ernestine Jenkins political playbook!
On Nov 3, vote for a “treat” and by all means don’t fall for a “trick”!
Based on what is written below, Luke Torian is not fit to represent the 52nd. Therefore, Lopez is the only choice for me!
“Luke Torian is a pretty poor nominee for this district when you consider Democrats had better alternatives to pick from and Torian has enough political baggage to fill a bus. Rumors about infidelity, maintaining an extravagant lifestyle while serving as a church pastor, and his behavior at a local golf club swirl around this district while members of Torian’s congegation wrestle with Torian’s recent announced support of homosexuality, amnesty for illegal aliens, and other doctrinal deviations not to mention the novel idea of someone both serving as a pastor and as an elected official. A strong opponent would demolish someone like Torian, whose only political experience prior to running was helping to organize an ecumenical group supporting the cause of granting amnesty to illegal aliens.
goo-goo-gah-gah to bizmindlessness!
We need Luke Torian like we need another church stick up! Luke
Torian takes some 200K a year as salary from his church (a non profit and non partisan organization) and turns around and raises hundreds of thousands for the democratic party for his campaign. None of the money he raises for his campaign will go towards his church. Besides the fact that on Tuesday Oct 20th, Luke Torian forego his Pastorial duties, missing the wake of a long time member to campaign. Sounds like Luke Torian is Robbin (the neighbor)Hood church!
Too STOP church stick ups…VOTE RAFAEL LOPEZ!
I am so tired of people spamming these letters like BusinessMinded. If he or she is not a robot, then it is a person stuck in his mom’s basement with nothing better to do but ruin message boards. GET A JOB!
I have this horrible back pain. Can you rub ointment on it?
Love me military dad.
I heart robots
I need all my great friends to come and start posting their feelings on this article. They have lots of feelings.
