LETTER: Torian has shown his worth

Pastor Luke Torian in the 52nd District delegate campaign has shown how his long and faithful service in Prince William County qualifies him to be elected.
Consider what the public has learned this campaign of his service. They found Luke Torian was one of the founders of VOICE, a group working for affordable housing, more educational opportunities and
affordable dental care for our young people.
Furthermore, they learned that he was appointed to the Virginia Board of Counseling and the Board of Directors of ACTS. He helped build the community further by being on the Advisory Board of Cardinal
Bank.
All this, plus mentoring troubled high school students, he did while being pastor of the First Mt. Zion Baptist Church, where, during the last 14 years, he increased the congregation from 500 to more than
4,000.
Clearly he is a person committed to bettering life in Prince William County. You can help the community by getting relatives and friends to vote this Nov. 3 for Pastor Luke Torian.

I don’t think the writer, Lillian Garland, lives in the 52md district and therefore, she’s unable to vote for Torian herself.
However, Lillian would be better off by finding a viable Democratic candidate to run against Del Lingamfelter. In other words, stay out of the race in the 52nd and focus on finding a competitor for Lingamfelter, who represent most residents in the Dale City area.
This letter is soooo FAKE! this is nothing but Earnestine Jenkins letter writing campaign, where she writes letters and then ask individuals to sign their name to them. This is a pathetic jesture of low life politics by a disgraceful dishonest indiviual. The Prince William Democratic chairperson, should be ashamed! if the party doesnt have a qualified candidate, the party shouldn’t try to mislead the people with poor campaign tactics such as this.
