Successful forum for VRE and Haymarket

Thank you very much for the complete coverage your reporter, Kipp Hanley, gave to the VRE public meeting recently and for your related opinion column. 

Haymarket officials are committed to working with VRE on this initiative. 

This extension plan has major impacts to our area and so requires that we investigate all the issues, sometimes asking the hard questions. 

Our recent forum gave us all that opportunity and we wanted to make sure the scope of the feasibility study covers all the issues.  The results of this study will ultimately determine if extension plans
move forward. 

The Haymarket Town Council, mayor and town manager will be making every effort to assist the feasibility team (VHB Inc.) in gathering the data necessary to complete a thorough investigation. Thanks
