Dear Lane Ranger, There are several times when I must sit at the light at Va. 234 and Exeter Drive for several minutes before the light changes from red to green.

Why is there a “no turn on red” sign at Neabsco Road and Opitz Boulevard at the entrance to Potomac Hospital? This serves to back up traffic turning right from Neabsco Road on to Opitz Boulevard.

If a driver plans to turn right and travel east on Va. 123 from Commerce Street in Occoquan, is the intersection, which is protected by a traffic light, considered a right turn or straight away?

I need help in understanding why the light at the intersection of Barksdale Street and Dale Boule-vard holds red for so long.

The traffic light at Elm Farm and Minnieville roads in Woodbridge does not appear to be on a sensor.
