Myers’ outstanding defense sparks Potomac to volleyball win over Hylton

Freshman libero Frances Myers had a team-high 19 digs on Thursday as the Potomac volleyball team defeated Hylton 25-7, 13-25, 25-15, 15-25, 15-11 on Thursday.

Junior setter Katie Scheulen finished with 43 assists for the Panthers, who improved to 11-8 overall and 6-5 in the Cardinal District.

Tori Price finished with seven kills and Ariquel Payne had six for the Yellow Jackets, who are now 16-2 overall and 10-1 in the Cardinal District. Setter Nikki McMillan added 18 assists.
