Entering this season the Woodbridge football coaching staff wasn’t sure who would replace the star running back they just graduated the previous spring.

With graduation taking its key scoring threats from the previous season, Charleston Southern needed a new offensive go-to person this season to fill the void and Marky Boyce (Woodbridge ‘07) seemed to fit the profile.

Battlefield’s football team has certainly achieved a lot since the school opened in 2004. Three straight Cedar Run District titles. Two straight 10-0 regular seasons. And a 29-game regular season winning streak.

Osbourn coach Steve Schultze said one thing is certain come playoff time: Two good teams are guaranteed to face each other.

Against visiting Dartmouth College Sunday, the George Mason men's basketball team on Sunday looked quite a bit like the squad that took the court two days earlier for the first time this season.
