16 drug-related incidents reported

A Woodbridge teen was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana in one of 16 drug-related incidents Prince William police reported in the last several days.

• The 17-year-old boy was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of tobacco and underage possession of alcohol after a police officer stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the 4400 block of Hamilton Drive in Dale City around 11:48 a.m. Sunday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.

The juvenile, whose name was not released because he is a minor, was released to a parent and will have a hearing in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Ricardo Felix Garcia, 35, of 17054 Mine Road near Dumfries, was charged with possession of marijuana while police were investigating an unrelated matter in the 17000 block of Mine Road in Dumfries around 1 a.m. Tuesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Garcia was held without bond. His court date was not available.

Brandon Joshua Dallos, 20, of 14218 Bremerton Drive in Dale City, was charged with possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol during a traffic stop in the area of Cloverdale Road and Dillon Avenue in Dale City around 9:11 p.m. Monday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Dallos was released on two summonses and has a May 2 court date.

Peter Andrew Barr, 30, of 5 Wilderness Court in Stafford, was charged with possession of marijuana in the area of Dale Boulevard and Cloverdale Road in Dale City around 10:22 p.m. Sunday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.

Barr was released on a summons and has a May 2 court date.

Benjamin Ross Cogdell, 20, of 4370 Whitmer Drive, Apt. 3, in Dale City, and Elyse Porter Wyatt, 21, of 6708 River Road in the Buckhall area, were each charged with possession of marijuana while police were investigating a noise violation complaint in the 4300 block of Whitmer Drive around 10:38 p.m. Saturday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.

Each was released on a summons and has a May 2 court date.

Clark R. Henry, 51, of 82 Louise St. in Woodbridge, was charged with possession of morphine after police stopped to investigate suspicious activity in the 2500 block of Grayton Lane near Dumfries around 9 a.m. Friday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Police said Henry did not have a prescription for the morphine.

Henry was held without bond and has a May 7 court date.

Demonte Anthony Spence, 19, of 15066 Ardmore Loop in Dale City, was charged with possession of marijuana while police were investigating a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 15000 block of Ardmore Loop around 10:08 p.m. March 26, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Spence was released on a summons and has an April 30 court date.

Gregory Herman O'Connor, 25, of 103 Forrest St. in Manassas Park, and Mark William Lonidier, 52, of 17591 Rose Hill Circle in Dumfries, were each charged with possession of cocaine during a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 1 and Dawson Beach Road in Woodbridge around 8:50 a.m. Sunday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.

Lonidier was held in lieu of a $1,000 bond and O'Connor in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Their court dates were not available, police said.

Randall Thomas Reese, 20, of 13221 Old Delaney Road in Dale City, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the area of Chancellor Drive and Smoketown Road in the Lake Ridge area around 11:04 p.m. Friday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Reese was released on a summons and has a May 19 court date.

Samuel Ricardo Murillo, 19, of 12802 Tumbling Brook Lane in the Lake Ridge area, was charged with possession of marijuana in the area of Griffith Avenue and Smoketown Road in Lake Ridge around 12:32 a.m. Saturday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Murillo was released on a summons and has an April 22 court date.

Tanjeneka Chante Herbert, 27, of 12108 Lyre Court in the Hoadly area, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the area of Va. 123 and Old Bridge Road in the Lake Ridge area around 12:58 a.m. Sunday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Herbert was released on a summons and has a May 19 court date.

• Theresa Blair Allen, 22, of 4598 Bishop Place in Montclair, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving under the influence in the area of Anchorstone Drive and Ridgefield Road in Dale City around 1:49 p.m. March 27, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Allen was held in lieu of a $1,500 bond and has a May 20 court date.

Richard James McArthur, 21, of 14108 Morrison Court in Dale City, was charged with possession of marijuana after police stopped to investigate suspicious activity in the 13800 block of Lindendale Road in Dale City around 10:32 p.m. Tuesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

McArthur was released on a summons and has a May 16 court date.

• Maurice Andre Coates, 25, of 23 Apple Tree Lane in Stafford, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana in the area of Featherstone and Colchester roads in Woodbridge around 11 a.m. Tuesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Coates was held in lieu of a $2,000 bond. No court date was available, police said.

• Michael J. Cronin, 18, of 12020 Willowood Drive in Lake Ridge, was charged with possession of marijuana while police were investigating a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 15100 block of Wildflower Court in the Hoadly area around 11 p.m. Tuesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Cronin was released on a summons and has a May 2 court date.

• Donald Miller Jr., 45, of no fixed address, was charged with possession of cocaine after police stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the 1900 block of Fuller Heights Road in Triangle around 1:30 a.m. Thursday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, Prince William police spokeswoman.

No bond information or court date was available.
