Portions of I-66 east and west in Prince William County between US 29, (Exit 43), near Gainesville, and Route 234, (Exit 44), about one mile east of Gainesville will have several lane closures in this area, and on the ramps to and from US 29, (Exit 43), in Gainesville.
Eastbound work will take place Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and westbound work will take place from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Estimated completion is Fall 2010. Currently, the eastbound right lane is closed from mile marker 42, to 44, until 3:30 p.m., and the left lane of the ramp from US 29 north, to I-66 east, is closed until 2:30 p.m.
