I am writing this letter in response to a wonderful experience I had at the local level. My daughter and I went to a local play last night at the A.J. Ferlazzo building and I was utterly amused the entire time. We watched “12 Angry Men” and I have to say I felt like I was at Broadway.
My only question is why was the theater empty except for about 20 people? There were at least seats available for hundreds in my opinion.
I am not promoting this event by any means, but after leaving there I had such a high for life and vigor. I am just disappointed that the rest of the community in Prince William County was unaware of this play and could not share in that experience.
I feel, in my honest opinion, that the theater and other community events brings us all closer together as a whole, and we need to be aware of these things more often.
