A company goes above and beyond its call

It is always a welcome feeling knowing that a company provides the service it says it will, but when you find one that goes above and beyond, that is a rarity. That is what I found at “Coach House Physical Therapy” located in Dumfries.When I first walked in the door, I felt the “family” atmosphere.

After a through evaluation was done, I was off to start the healing process through carefully planned exercises and encouragement. The staff never made you feel like “you could not achieve.” They always encouraged me and kept my doctor informed of my progress.

The individual care that I received while in their care over a 3 month period was exceptional. In a way, I didn’t want to leave because of the “family” I had found there.

I would like to say thanks to Brock (Owner and Therapist), Charlie and Tina (Physical Therapists) and Maggie (Therapy Assistant) as well as the front desk staff. The entire staff made the healing process fun and easier.
