Is Sen. Charles J. "Chuck" Colgan, D-Manassas, corrupt? Well, he certainly lacks integrity. Having promised, during the recent election, not to increase the gas tax and to deny illegal aliens public funds for in-state tuition, our Colgan rushed to do just that in the current session.
If lying is a corruption — then our Senator Colgan is corrupt. He should resign immediately.
