What started out as an interest in nutritional products has grown into a hugely successful business for Triangle residents David and Tricia Delevante.
As independent USANA Health Science distributors, the Delevantes recently became the newest members of USANA's Million Dollar Club which is made up of distributors who have earned at least $1 million in com-missions through their USANA business.
To be officially inducted into the exclusive club, the Delevantes took a trip recently to corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City where they were treated to a "million dollar day."
The couple arrived at USANA in a stretch limousine, along with a police escort and sword salute from members of the U.S. Marine Corps. After walking down a red carpet to the applause of hundreds of USANA employees, the Delevantes received their officials Million Dollar Club blazers and lapel pins and took a behind-the-scenes tour of the corporate facilities.
Later, the couple dined at some of the city's finest restaurants with company executives, enjoyed a day of shopping and stayed at the luxurious 5-star Grand America Hotel.
"It's hard to put into words what USANA has meant to our family," Tricia Delevante said. "USANA has changed so many lives in such a profound way. This company cares not only about its distribu-tors but also about the end users of its nutritional products."
The company develops and manufactures high-quality nutritionals, personal care and weight management products that are sold around the world.
