It was a sad day for America when Barack Obama was officially announced as the Democratic candidate to move on to the 2008 general election.
Seriously, is this the best we can pick from all of our democratic options? I am not quite sure how so many people have been disillusioned by Senator Obama’s campaign to “change” America.
Senator Obama has not completed a full term of senate or served in the U.S. military, and this inexperience is a huge threat to our nation, especially for a wartime presidency. Barack Obama is
unpatriotic, refusing to give reverence to our flag and national anthem.
When asked about an American Flag pin missing from his lapel, he stated that the flag was often a symbol of oppression for some Americans and he doesn’t want to take sides and feels he can show his
patriotism through his actions.
Unless Michelle Obama’s husband is elected, she feels that there is nothing to be proud of in this country.
Lastly, I can’t imagine that anyone truly believes that Senator Obama did not sit at his “church” for 20 years and not hear any of the hateful, racist, and divisive words delivered from the pulpit.
This church gives a standing ovation to this hateful rhetoric and a lifetime achievement award to Louis Farrakhan.
In November, I will cast my first Republican vote for Senator John McCain. In November, please remember that we do not need Obama’s “hope” when we have John McCain’s experience, patriotism and
integrity.
