I was appalled at the paper’s headline about the group homes.
Far from being “criminals,” as the headline states, these are places where at-risk youth go to KEEP THEM FROM BECOMING CRIMINALS — and the group homes staff does an excellent job in
achieving this goal.
Also, there is no increase in financial support at all — merely spreading the efforts out to consider placements in private institutions.
