Whether you are on Interstates 95, 295, 395, 495, 695, 66, 123, 234, 236, Route 1 or any other road with two or more lanes going in the same direction, remember these eight simple words: “Drive on the right, pass on the left.”
If drivers would follow these words, more lives would be saved and extended, and aggressive driving would be reduced far more than with any aggressive driving campaign that does nothing more than
provide a means to collect money as state revenue.
I am not advocating speeding or reckless driving, just a common sense means to help drivers’ tempers from flaring while we face the summer heat. Actually, these words are good year round.
