Tuesday night we were hit hard by the thunderstorms resulting in a microburst that left many trees down.
One tree fell on electrical wires causing two poles to fall in my front yard.
I immediately called NOVEC and by 11 p.m. the linemen were cutting up the tree, replacing the poles and lines. By 8 a.m., their trucks were pulling away and we had power.
These men worked hard all night and due to their diligence , the discomfort of being without power was minimal. Their trucks said LEE and we thank them for their hard work
