The grand jury indicted the third man charged in the May shooting death of a 23-year-old Dale City man this week on nine felony charges, including first-degree murder and robbery, according to court documents.
Ricardo Xavier Haley, 26, of no fixed address, is charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, malicious wounding, attempted malicious wounding, robbery, armed burglary, possession of a firearm by a con-victed felon and two counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling for a May home invasion and shooting that left Dale City resident Jermaine Antonio Williams dead and injured two others.
Haley is scheduled to enter a plea to those charges on July 17.
Police believe that Haley and two other men, George Rayfus Quinn, 23, and Dominique Laquan Morris, 18, drove to Williams' town house in the 4600 block of Whitaker Place in Dale City with plans to rob him.
The three forced their way into the house and started shooting, police said at the time.
Williams was shot several times and died on the porch of a house one block away, where he went for help.
Another man in the house was shot and a third man was injured when he jumped through a window to escape the shooting, police said.
A grand jury previously indicted Quinn and Morris on several felony charges for the shooting, including charges of capital murder.
Quinn was scheduled to stand trial this week, but his trial was continued. A new trial date has not yet been set.
Morris is set to stand trial on April 21.
