Twelve drug-related incidents reported

A 16-year-old Lake Ridge boy was charged with possession with intent to distribute in one of 12 drug-related incidents Prince William police reported recently.

• According to police, the 16-year-old, whose was not released because he is a minor, was charged with possession with intent to distribute during a traffic stop on William & Mary Circle at Deepford Drive in Lake Ridge around 6 p.m. Sunday.

The boy was released to his parents and will have a hearing in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

• Harold E. Contreras-Guzman, 20, of 13902 Roanoke St. in Woodbridge, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 14600 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge around 6:30 p.m. March 17, said Sharon Richardson, police spokeswoman.

Contreras-Guzman was released on a summons. No court date was available.

• Michael Layne Hall, 18, of 3235 Gina Place in Dale City, was charged with possession of marijuana after police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1100 block of Horner Road in Woodbridge around 1:45 a.m. Friday, said Sharon Richardson, police spokeswoman.

Hall was held in lieu of a $2,500 bond and has an April 22 court date.

• Tiffany Dawn Mock, 27, of 7209 Danny Lane in the Hoadly area, and Michael Lawrence Williams, 26, of 3451 Allerton Court near Dumfries, were each charged with possession of marijuana after police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 4200 block of Gerry Lane in Dale City around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, said Sharon Richardson, police spokeswoman.

Each was released on a summons and has a May 5 court date.

• Marquis Donnell Christopher, 27, of 19338 Belleau Wood Drive in Triangle, was charged with possession of cocaine during a traffic stop in the 14000 block of Smoketown Road in Woodbridge around 12:50 a.m. Saturday, said Sharon Richardson, police spokeswoman.

He has an April 22 court date, but no bond information was available.

• Candric P. Poole, 27, of 800 Stafford Glen Court in Stafford, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on U.S. 1 near Va. 234 in Dumfries around 12:37 a.m. Saturday, according to police.

Poole was released on a summons and has a May 20 court date.

• Jarrett Anthony Wicker, 20, of 15987 Cliffbrook Court in Montclair, and Edward Quintin Magyar, 18, of 4626 Woodway Place in Dale City, were each charged with possession of marijuana after police responded to a nuisance call in the 4600 block of Woodway Place around 12:36 p.m. Saturday, said Sharon Richardson, police spokeswoman.

Each was released on a $1,000 bond. No court date was available.

• Robert Preston Powell, 36, of no fixed address, was charged with possession of marijuana after police responded to an intoxicated person call in the 13600 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge around 2:10 a.m. Sunday, said Sharon Richardson, police spokeswoman.

He was held in lieu of a $2,000 bond and has an April 22 court date.

• Christopher Michael Cannon, 21, of 10470 Tenth Alabama Lane in Bristow, was charged with possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 7700 block of Stream Walk Lane near Manassas around 9:56 p.m. March 17, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Cannon was released on a summons and has an April 23 court date.

• Christopher Lee Waite, 34, of 4256 Blair Ave. in Tyrone, Pa., was charged with possession of marijuana after police responded to investigate a fight in progress in the 10600 block of Balls Ford Road near Manassas around 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Waite was held in lieu of a $4,000 bond. His court date was not available.

• Todd William Ballard, 47, of 1832 Giles Court in Woodbridge, was charged with possession of cocaine and assault and battery in the 14500 block of Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge around 5:39 p.m. Wednesday, said Officer Erika Hernandez, police spokeswoman.

Ballard is accused of assaulting a 46-year-old Woodbridge man during an argument, Hernandez said.

Police said the alleged drugs were found a search incident to arrest.

Ballard was held in lieu of a $1,500 bond. His court date was not available.

• Talon Aurora Grant, 20, of 12704 Lockleven Lane in the Lake Ridge area, and Jonathan G. Wheaton, 23, of 15337 Inlet Place in Montclair, were each charged with possession of marijuana after investigating a suspicious vehicle on Holleyside Drive at Bridgeport Drive in Montclair around 3 a.m. Monday, said Sharon Richardson, police spokeswoman.

Each was released on a summons. No court dates were available.
