FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) -- Fairfax County police say the car of a missing Herndon woman has been found with a woman's body inside.

Authorities say an officer found the vehicle belonging to 22-year-old Erika Yancey about 2 a.m. Wednesday on Sunrise Valley Drive. The woman's identity and manner of death are pending an autopsy.

Yancey was last seen Sunday near Dulles International Airport. The next day, a property manager at her apartment complex contacted police after discovering a trail of blood from a parking lot to a dumpster on the property.

Fairfax County police officer Don Gotthardt says police aren't certain the blood is connected to Yancey's disappearance.
