Man charged with refusing breath test

An 18-year-old man was charged in Manassas Park with driving under the influence of alcohol and refusing to take a breathalyzer test.

Jeremy Tice Warren was stopped for a traffic violation Aug. 5 about 3 a.m., in the area of Euclid Avenue and LaPaz Place, stated a department press release.

The officer smelled alcohol on Warren’s breath and arrested him, according to the release. The officer then searched the car and found marijuana, it added.

Warren was additionally charged with possessing the drugs. He was held on $2,500 bond.
