Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m., Montclair teens 14 to 18 years old are invited to Dolphin Beach for a summer bash with their friends. Entertainment includes a DJ and a Battle of the Bands. In addi-tion to a volleyball tournament, there will be a water slide and games. Food and drinks will be on sale. No outside food or drinks will be allowed.
The policy for admission is: Montclair teens must show their 2009 purple recreation tag for ad-mission to this event and are allowed only two guests each. Recreation tags will be marked with indelible ink and given a wristband, which must be worn at all times. Once teens leave, they will not be re-admitted to the party. All attendees must present a government-issued photo ID that includes date of birth, or be signed in by an MPOA resident who is 18 or older. This person must verify that the people they are signing in are between 14 and 18.
Summer Movie Nights
Join your neighbors and friends at Dolphin Beach on Friday for the last movie night of the sum-mer, featuring "Hannah Montana" (PG) at 8:30 p.m. Popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase during the movie. Attendees will need to present 2009-10 MPOA recrea-tion tags, which are available at the MPOA building Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for admission to the movie.
Montclair Ladies Golf Association
At the Virginia State Golf Associations Women's Division Two Best Balls of Four Tourna-ment at Brandermill Country Club located in Midlothian, 120 Virginia golfers competed for low gross and low net awards.
In the morning session, the team of Sherry Bowman won Overall Low Gross (135).
In the afternoon session, the team of Shirley Thorne, Vivian Slusher, Doreen Buttgereit, and Dolly Cox won Overall Low Net (110).
