The Prince William County Sports Athletic Organization, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to promote and develop leadership, sportsmanship, education opportunities, athletic excellence and to improve opportunities for amateur boys and girls athletic sports competition for the Prince William County, Virginia through Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
The PWC Sports Athletic Organization, Inc. was organized in response to the challenge to increase opportunities for young men and young women to develop teamwork, self-confidence and self-esteem, through structured athletic activities. This organization encourages our youth to stay in school by stressing the link between class work and home work, studying, and career and educational achievement. We strive to enhance the schools and community’s efforts to meet the social and educational needs for our youth in Prince William County, Virginia.
The PWC Sports Athletic Organization, Inc. Athletic Sports Program is committed to assisting local High Schools and Middle Schools athletes improve their individual athletic skills by providing knowledgeable coaching opportunities to play with and against the highest of sportsmanship in an enjoyable athletic environment.
The Prince William County Sports Athletic Organization Inc. has vacancies for the following leadership volunteer positions.

• Publicity/Ways & Means Executor
• Fundraiser Director
• Tournament Director
• Legal and Ethic Committee Chair
• Recruitment Committee Chair.
• Program and Planning Committee Chair
We are looking for leadership experience when you apply for these positions and you must have experience in Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) team sports dealing with the youth.
