Manassas police are investigating a recent rash of thefts from cars.
Car owners reported that money, stereo equipment, radios, GPS systems, cell phones, tools and CDs were all taken from the cars, said Manassas police Sgt. Tim Neumann.
The cars were parked in the following locations: the 8500 block of Sullivan Court, 8700 block of Ariel Court, 8600 block of Mahogany Court, 8500 block of Burlington Court, 86 and 8700 blocks of Lamont Court.
Those locations are in the city's Lake Side neighborhood. The thefts took place between Friday and Sunday.
