A man faces a rape charge after a 10-year-old girl said he sexually assaulted her last month.
Neftali Lima Conteras, 31, of the 11000 block of Golden Leaf Circle in the Manassas area, is being held without bond. His court date was not released.
The child lives at the same address as Conteras, though police did not describe their relationship.
The alleged rape occurred at the home Nov. 25, according to Prince William police spokeswoman Sharon Richard-son.
* On Nov. 12, two teenage girls told police they were
sexually assaulted by a Maryland man, multiple times when they were ages 3 and 6, respectively, in the Manassas area, between 1999 and 2001, Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez said.
Investigators from the Crimes Against Children Unit were notified, and Nov. 23 arrested 40-year-old Jose Miguel Melendez, of 3609 Aspen Hill Road in Rockville, Md., Hernandez said.
