A funeral for Manassas firefighter Zygimantas Zalys, who died Thursday after a battle with pancreatic cancer, is set for next Saturday at 11 a.m.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Baker-Post Funeral Home and Cremation Center at 10001 Nokesville Road in Manassas.
A funeral will be held the next morning, July 25, at Grace United Methodist Church at 9750 Wellington Road, Manassas, Va., 20110. The service begins at 11 a.m.
A reception will follow at the Greater Manassas Volunteer Rescue Squad at 9322 Center St., in Manassas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may take the form of a donation to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 2141 Rosecrans Ave. Suite 7000, El Segundo, CA 90245, or to www.pancan.org.
Anyone wishing to send flowers should have them delivered directly to the funeral home.
