That is because the Haymarket school for children ages up to 14 provides an on-site infirmary care for children with common childhood illness such as colds or the chicken pox.

The facility is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and all mildly ill children ages up to 12 can go there, regardless of whether or not they are enrolled Rainbow Station.
